 Yin Yoga is the perfect compliment to Yang (or active) Yoga and works well to balance the hectic and busy nature of life.  Yin yoga promotes joint strength and range of motion as opposed to muscle strength and flexibility.  It is considered a "cold" practice as the body does not create much heat while practicing.

Joni Kirby, RYT 200 & Naomi Machado Certified Kids Yoga

 Joni and Naomi are both certified in OKAY Kidding Around Kids Yoga and offer a fun, playful and structured approach to kids yoga. Joni & Naomi have both been practicing yoga for about 12 years and Joni became a certified yoga teacher in 2016. When she started teaching yoga her natural inclination was toward kids since she practiced yoga with her grandson Rylan. Joni and Naomi's close friendship and shared love of yoga led to their partnership in creating Smilin Rylan Kids Yoga!  


Classes are offered twice a week!!

Wednesday 4 p.m. - 5:15 p.m.

Saturday 11 a.m. - 12:15 p.m.
