Easy(ISH) Yoga is a great option for those that feel out of shape or need an "easier" class for whatever reason. The ISH is because lets face it...yoga is hard! That being said, this class will have fewer poses, move at a slower pace and is shorter in duration. If you are ready to get moving but feel like you can't hang in a longer/harder class.....this is a fit for you!
Tuesday 5 p.m. - 5:45 p.m.
Sunday 11:45 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.
Beginner Flow is your introduction to Flow Yoga. Build strength, increase flexibility, improve stamina and decrease stress by learning the four basic principles of flow yoga: breath, core, foundation & expression.
Saturday 10:30 a.m. - 11:30 a.m.
Yoga for Longevity is an all levels class that is excellent for beginners or experienced practitioners of yoga. Try one of our Signature Flow Classes! The Sojourn signature flow is strong, stretchy, sweaty and fun. Expect a creative and intelligently sequenced flow followed by deep relaxation in the final pose of the class, Savasana. Experience with flow yoga is recommended for this class but modifications are always offered so you can customize the practice to your body and ability.
This class is the step up from Beginner Flow. If you have been to Beginner Flow and are ready for more of a challenge this is your class!
Monday 6 p.m. - 7 p.m.
Wednesday & Friday 9 a.m. - 10:15 a.m.
Sunday 10:15 a.m. - 11:30 a.m.
Cultivate your breath practice in this rhythmic flow class. In this class, we will either play no music or very quiet music in order to better follow the sound and quality of the breath as we move through poses. This will be an energizing flow practice that will awaken all of your muscles while at the same time quieting the mind and preparing you for a deeper meditation and Savasana practice (experience with flow is recommended for this class).
Wednesday 6 p.m. - 7:15 p.m.
Build strength, flexibility and body awareness for arm balances and inversions. Does this look intimidating?? Don't worry!! We will always offer options to modify the practice and you will probably surprise yourself. We know just how to help you get stronger and over time work into some poses you probably never thought you would be able to do!
Saturday 9 a.m. - 10:15 a.m.
This class is the perfect combo of effort and ease. In the first half of class, experience a tension relieving flow practice designed to heat up your muscles and calm the mind. In the second half of class you will experience restorative postures designed to increase flexibility and induce deep relaxation. During the flow portion of the class, the instructor will offer variations/modifications to accommodate the students in class.
Sunday 10:15 a.m. - 11:30 a.m.
PLEASE NOTE: Flow & Restore will be changing to a Studio ONE class beginning September 1st. It will still be available every week on Sunday's with a new time of 11 a.m. - 12:15 p.m. and the instructor will be Liz Martinez of Sol Sparked Yoga. Students that have attended the class regularly will be permitted to use their Sojourn Series for the entire month of September. Starting in October, you must have a Sol Sparked package to attend Flow & Restore. THANK YOU!
Every Thursday the streets of Downtown fill up with farmers, businesses, people and festivities at the annual Thursday Night Marketplace event. Marketplace Yoga is a mixed levels class taught by a different guest teacher each week. We know that the crowds and the parking challenges make it tempting to skip out on your yoga time but we are offering a BIG discount during the Thursday Night Market Season from May to October.
6 p.m. - 7 p.m.
PLEASE NOTE the schedule is subject to change without notice. Classes are scheduled based on instructor availability and demand. We update the online calendar immediately if there are any changes and it is always accurate. Thank you in advance for your flexibility!!

Please bring your own yoga mat. We do have loaner mats but prefer that everyone has their own mat. We do not have mat storage at the studio so plan on bringing your mat to class and then taking it home with you. We do have blocks, straps, blankets and bolsters for community use.
We want everyone to be present for the start of class. For security, we lock the door right at start time and would prefer to avoid having to leave the class to let someone in. The studio is open to students at 20 minutes before class start time, if you arrive 10-15 minutes early it's plenty of time to get you checked in and get settled into your spot before class starts. The opening of a yoga class sets the tone for the session. Give yourself the full session... you deserve it!
Please take off your shoes and store them in a cubby before you walk into our practice room. We get up close and personal with the floor in the practice room and try to keep them as clean as possible. We thank you in advance!
Please store your belongings in a cubby during class. We love a clutter free practice room. We ask that you silence your cell phone and leave it stored in a cubby during class. Cheri, our administrative yogini, is there to make sure everyone's belongings are secure. When she is not there, the front entrance remains locked during class time.
Avoid heavy meals for 3 hours before class and decrease your fluid intake for an hour and a half before class. Practicing yoga with a full stomach or bladder is just plain uncomfortable and not as beneficial to your body. If you need to eat something, to keep your blood sugar stabilized, choose something high in protein but small in size like a protein bar, nuts and/or nut butter.
If possible, please avoid wearing perfume. The breathing techniques used in yoga does increase sensitivity for those that have fragrance allergies. Light application of therapeutic grade essential oil is okay.
When you are registering for class you will be asked to agree to our cancellation policy. Please take a moment to read our policy for cancelling your registration and/or full classes.
If you try and register and a class is full, please check the calendar 1-2 hours before class to see if a spot has opened back up. Thank you for your attention and cooperation! Our goal is to provide you with the best service possible by honoring class sizes and being organized.
