Sojourn is known for fabulous flows that are fun, challenging, sweaty and blissful. This class moves at a steady pace and involves trickier postures and transitions. Some experience with flow and a desire to be challenged are recommended for this class.

The slower pace of this class makes it accessible for all levels and it's my favorite choice for beginner students because there is time for refining alignment and many modifications are offered. T

That being said, up level options are also given if you are an experienced practitioner and want to amp up the intensity for a slow and mindful burn.
Sojourn Stretch restores, renews, lengthens and gently warms up the muscles. You can expect some flow to gently warm the body but nothing too strenuous. Be prepared to release the tension from your week and ease muscle pain with this soothing class.
This class consists of floor postures that incorporate props like blanket, bolster, strap and blocks. Poses are soothing and help relieve muscle tension. You will get a deep relaxation and this practice helps me get good sleep, restore my energy and eases body pain that is related to muscle tension.
